FairCTO privacy statement
This statement explains how FairCTO processes personal data when you visit the site, get in touch, book a meeting or discuss an engagement.

- Contact details and content you provide
- Booking details through the scheduling module
- Technical and aggregated usage data through Vercel Analytics
- Project information needed for proposals, delivery and administration
Purpose and retention
Data is used to answer questions, arrange and deliver work, secure the website and meet legal accounting duties. It is kept no longer than necessary for that purpose or the applicable statutory term.
Processors and transfers
FairCTO uses Vercel for hosting and analytics and Cal.com/Cal.eu for scheduling. Other suppliers may be used for project delivery; they are made transparent before confidential data is processed and contractually covered where required.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of personal data, or object to processing. Email hello@faircto.com. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
